It is our Promise to create the highest-quality products. We hope you enjoy our treats as much as we love making them!  We ship orders Monday – Wednesday. For all orders placed Wednesday-Sunday, your order will be shipped the following Monday- Wednesday.

IF YOU ARE ORDERING MOLTEN CHOCOLATE CAKES:

Because the cakes need to be frozen or refrigerated, it is crucial they are shipped at least 2-Day (overnight works too). Please select 2-Day shipping if you are ordering cakes. If you are ordering other products along with the cakes they can be shipped 2-Day as well, please select combine shipping on the shipping portion of your order. If you are shipping to WA, OR or ID, GROUND shipping will default.

We ship orders Monday – Wednesday. For all orders placed Wednesday-Sunday, your cakes will be shipped the following Monday- Wednesday.

IF YOU ARE ORDERING CHOCOLATE CONFECTIONS or SMORES KITS:

Because of the rising summer temperatures our chocolate products need to be kept cold throughout transit, it is crucial they are shipped at least 2-Day (overnight works too). Please select 2-Day shipping if you are ordering chocolate products. If you are ordering other products along with your expedited items, they can be shipped 2-Day as well, please select combine shipping for this option on the shipping page. If you are shipping to WA, OR or ID, GROUND will default.

We ship orders Monday – Wednesday. For all orders placed Wednesday-Sunday, your expedited products will be shipped the following Monday- Wednesday.  

ALL ORDERS:

Please allow 2 business days for the processing of your order.  If you order after 8am PST, your order will not be received until the next business day. I.e., if you order on Monday at noon, it will be shipped out Wednesday. If you order Monday at 3:30pm, your order will be received on Tuesday and will be shipped out Thursday (unless it is cakes). Thank you for understanding.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost, late or stolen goods once they leave our Headquarters and are in the hands of the Shipping Carrier. We will, however, do all we can to make you happy so you will have our support in such a matter.
