OUR PROCESS AND INGREDIENTS
It’s all about how we make it. We take the time to dry-burn, or caramelize the sugar until it gently smokes and turns a deep amber color, producing a depth in flavor only this method can produce. We use salt harvested off the Pacific Coast to enhance the smoky, authentic deliciousness of this true caramel.
BE HONEST, STAY TRUE
We use only the finest organic Jersey cream and milk from Pure Eire Dairy, one of only a handful of grass-fed organic dairies in the United States. We then add a few extra helpings of salt to add a new layer of flavor that ignites your taste buds while enhancing the deep smoky notes. We are proud to keep our ingredient list short – sometimes less is more.
Drizzle over a roasted fruit tart, use in a cocktail instead of simple syrup, make a salty caramel milkshake or a wilderness sundae, elevate your s’mores, wilderness caramel hot cocoa…

Storage: Unopened, it’s good on your pantry shelf for nine months. Once opened, keep in your refrigerator for up to four months.
